Office Support Clerk

U.P. Home Health & Hospice is seeking a reliable, motivated candidate for a full-time office position within a fast-paced medical office.  The position hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday at our Ishpeming location.

A qualified individual must possess critical thinking skills and be able to work independently while maintaining a professional, positive attitude.  Computer proficiency and telephone experience using multi-line phone system is a must as well as good oral and written communication skills.

A minimum of one-year clerical experience preferred.  Must be proficient and familiar with office equipment (ex: copy machine, scanner, fax machine).   EMR experience preferred.

HR/Payroll Clerk

Seeking an exceptional individual to fill a full-time HR/Payroll position.  The successful candidate must possess critical thinking skills along with excellent verbal and written skills. Experience working in healthcare a plus. Experience working in HR, Payroll and Quickbooks preferred, but will train as necessary for the right applicant.

We are seeking exceptional RNs for our Home Health & Hospice programs. Candidate must be reliable and nursing experience is preferred. Candidates must work efficiently, possess critical thinking skills, and experience with EMR is a plus.

We offer a flexible schedule, recently revised salary and benefits package, and most staff are eligible for an agency-provided vehicle.

Private Duty Openings

Aides

We are seeking compassionate, caring individuals to be Private Duty Aides and help area seniors be able to remain in their homes by providing personal care, homemaking, and respite/companion care. No experience necessary. Paid training and orientation is provided.

We offer competitive wages and flexible scheduling to accommodate class schedules, childecare needs, etc. An additional $3.20 per hour is paid monthly for services provided to MI Waiver clients. There are also sign on bonuses available, premium pay for holidays worked, referral bonuses for new employees sent our way, paid travel time, employee recognition, and milestone bonuses.
