Dr. Leah Abbott has been the Medical Director of the U.P. Hospice Program since 2022 and is a valued member of our team. Dr. Abbott is readily available to clinical staff for consultation needs. She is board certified in Family Medicine and fellowship trained and board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She currently practices at the Upper Great Lakes Gwinn Family Health Center.
