Most hospice organizations depend on generous donations of time, money and compassionate care. U.P. Hospice is no exception. During our four decades of service, we have benefited from countless hours of volunteer service – from hundreds of everyday heroes. Families, community benefactors, and health care professionals have also contributed their financial support, unused medical supplies, and equipment.

Our Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors are the wonderful people responsible for overseeing the U.P. Hospice Foundation and the dispersal of donated funds to Hospice patients. Their mission is to support the Living Philosophy of our Hospice. The Make-a-Memory Program is the primary way this is accomplished.

Make-a-Memory Program

UPHH Make-a-Memory is a mini-version of the nationally recognized Make-a-Wish program. Foundation funds have been used to support a variety of activities, including family reunions, fall color tours, or just a last summer visit to take a sauna at camp. Click Here to learn more.
