Hospice IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) Meeting

This is our bi-weekly meeting to review every one of our Hospice patients and their family.  All members of the Hospice team give their up to date report and the team works together to review the patients current status, need for changes, and any other way we can improve the patient and family's situation.  We discuss the whole spectrum of issues including the clinical, emotional, spiritual, financial needs, and even the recreational needs and creature comforts.
